We seek a senior leader as Head of Ad Tech Sales Italy. This role will lead a sales team specialized on Amazon Advertising's Ad Tech solutions, including Amazon DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud.
Key job responsibilities
This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a high-growth, entrepreneurial organization, driving innovation and accelerating customer adoption of Amazon's Ad Tech solutions. The successful candidate will :
- Drive revenue growth collaborating with Advertisers, Agencies, and Partners
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to accelerate adoption of AdTech solutions, focusing on enterprise and technology sales models
- Develop a high-performing sales team, establishing input and output metrics and mechanisms to drive desired business outcomes
- Serve as a thought leader within Amazon Ads, and build effective partnerships with key stakeholders
- Influence Product roadmap development, go-to-market and services strategies, to meeting customers’ demands and drive scale
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BA / BS degree required
- 10+ years of sales experience in digital advertising or marketing / advertising technology, with demonstrated revenue growth achievement
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing sales teams and driving organizational performance
- Proven track record of building and scaling successful enterprise sales organizations
- Advanced knowledge of Marketing and Advertising Technology solutions, including programmatic and measurement solutions
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
- Expert ability to analyze market opportunities, assess risks, and make strategic decisions that drive business growth
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven success in Enterprise technology sales within the Mar Tech or Ad Tech space
- Track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies for technical products
