The Group is one of the leading international players in business process outsourcing and customer experience management services.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the sales team and Customer Experience functions, providing clear directives and support to ensure the achievement of corporate goals;
- Develop long-term sales strategies and action plans to increase market penetration and acquire new customers in line with the Business Plan;
- Constantly monitor the performance of the sales team, providing feedback and coaching to improve individual and collective skills;
- Identify new business opportunities and create strategic partnerships to expand the company's market presence;
- Analyze turnover and margin data, providing regular reports to management and suggesting corrective actions, if necessary;
- Maintain strong and lasting relationships with existing customers, ensuring continuous customer satisfaction and loyalty;
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Management Engineering or Economics;
- Proven experience in a similar role;
- Exceptional leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide the team;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Results-oriented and problem-solving attitude;
- Deep knowledge of the industry and market dynamics in which the company operates;
- Good knowledge of English and / or Spanish;
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
