Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for a Hardware Support Specialist in Florence (Sesto Fiorentino) for one of our top clients, a main actor in the Life Science global market.

With a large digital transformation already starting in the Group, we aim to implement and integrate new complex interfaces, upgrade their systems and technical tools.


the main goal of this role is to establish and maintain excellent relationship with customer stakeholders and develop processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness for the client as an on-going basis.


Responsibility for the role:


  • Configure new users to the domain, setup new computers/laptop and Support mobile/Handheld devices.
  • Maintain IT ticketing system.
  • Assist with securing the network.
  • Support of software systems and packages (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and add-ons, Adobe products).
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment.


Requirements:


  • Italian and English communication proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and O365 .
  • Ability to troubleshoot software/hardware issues and provide timely resolution.


Advantages:


  • Hand-on experience in managing iOS phone/tablet devices
  • Good experience on Intune/VMware AirWatch/Workspace One administration and support
