Hardware Engineer - Analysis & Improvement (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the continuous product improvement process by analyzing and enhancing HW components (field and production returns).
• Assist 8D activities for design-related issues, focusing on root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Diagnose electronic and electrical issues on returned units.
• Collaborate with the Repair & Analysis team to identify the cause of faults.
• Support 8D processes for R&D and design-related issues, especially for root cause analysis.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of HW corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance to repair centers.
• Verify the application and effectiveness of countermeasures.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in R&D or product quality departments.
• Knowledge of power electronics or electric devices.
• Experience in component analysis and laboratory equipment handling.
• Multidisciplinary technical skills.
• Experience with tools like 8Ds, Ishikawa, 5 Whys.
• Understanding of complex and large organizations.
• Knowledge of design and validation processes.
• Familiarity with ERPs, CAD software, and Office tools.
• Fluent in English, Italian, and/or German.
