Hard Facility Manager



THE ROLE

  • Coordinate maintenance personnel and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
  • Manage outsourced maintenance contracts in collaboration with the Purchasing Manager.
  • Collaborate in achieving standards envisaged by plant certifications ISO 9001/TS, ISO 14000, and OHSAS 18001
  • Support in definition of supervision maintenance activities, tools, and improvement methodologies.
  • Develop and ensure adequacy of plant and equipment in relation to safety and environmental legislation
  • Ensure overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and optimize maintenance costs.
  • Implement the investment plan on plant and machinery, ensuring compliance with planned costs and legislation.
  • Maintain and care for GTC (Global Technology Center), Mechanical Testing & Laboratory Operations plants.
  • Support for design of new technical solutions for infrastructure, media supply, and services.
  • Support project verification and review of technical drawings for integration into the Global Technology Centre.
  • Improve plant and machinery performance by reducing losses due to faults and malfunctions.
  • Monitor critical parts of the plant and ensure proper functioning through scheduled maintenance activities
  • Act as Emergency Manager and Crisis Unit Manager during emergencies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, or Construction Engineering.
  • Significant experience in people management and industrial engineering, test facilities, and in production plants and services.
  • Deep knowledge of industrial engineering, test facilities, and plants/services.
  • Support for Opex and Capex Budget management (SAP)
  • New plant installation and commissioning.
  • Project management and maintenance scheduling.
  • Integrate Maintenance System
  • Technical documentation management.
  • Problem-solving techniques.
  • Safety regulatory framework and machinery directive.
  • Emergency management and training for high-risk fire officer and first aid officer
  • Relations management, group management, conflict management, decision making, results orientation, flexibility to change, knowledge management and development.
  • Corporate organization, business economics, BT user skills, English proficiency.
