Hands-on Business Controller | FP&A & Margin Analysis

Fedrigoni SpA is looking for a hands-on Business Controller to manage controlling and FP&A activities for Politape Group. This key role involves ownership of monthly closing, reporting, and variance analysis, ensuring the accuracy of financial data while driving budgeting and forecasting processes.

Ideal candidates will have 4–6 years of related experience, be fluent in English and German, and possess strong analytical and Excel skills. The position requires frequent travel between Milan and production sites in Germany.
