Handling & Logistics Training Engineer Professional - Taranto

Responsibilities
- Design and optimization of training material within the Handling & Logistic process.
- Analysis of AS IS and future state of our training material and systems.
- Create Process Roadmap and plans for future states.
- Define training material requirements and specifications if material shall be developed of others.
- Standardization of generic layup training materials.
- Be part of building a culture of excellence, innovation, and responsibility.
- Investigate and solve training issues using structured methods such as the 5x Whys, Fishbone Diagrams.
- Apply continuous improvement principles using Lean tools to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and ensure final training material quality.
Education
- Bachelor of manufacturing engineering or alike level.
- Train the Trainer or other training education.
Experience
- 6-8 years of developing training material mainly for unskilled workers.
- Training of shop floor employees.
- Planning of training - for up to 100 persons.
- Developed / defined functional training material for employees with short or long education.
Essential Skills
- Ability to assess skill gaps and define learning objectives aligned with business goals.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, blended learning, and experiential training formats.
- Working with engineering managers, and subject matter experts to co-develop content for functional training material.
- Ensuring training aligns with ISO standards, safety regulations, and internal policies.
- Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and e-learning tools.
- Gathering input from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs.
- Interest and willingness to spend time in factory environment as required to understand and solve problems.
- Data-Driven Decision Making, use of tools like 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams.
- Self-motivated; result-oriented and possess great organizational discipline.
- Enjoy working with other people in a large organization and can build up an intensive network across cultures and time zones and work with stakeholders.
- Be an integral part of cross functional product development projects.
- Customer-oriented and can understand the complete business value chain from a customer perspective.
