The Davines Group, founded in Parma in 1983, specializes in professional cosmetic products under the brands Davines for haircare and [ comfort zone ] for skincare. Led by Chairman Davide Bollati and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Anthony Molet, the Group is headquartered in Parma at the Davines Group Village, alongside which stand the Scientific Garden and EROC - European Regenerative Organic Center - a research center focusing on regenerative organic agriculture stemming from a partnership with the Rodale Institute. What You Will Do
Organization of Hairstylists Education training events
Organization of Hospitality events at Davines Headquarter
Organization of international and regional events
Organization of Corporate events
Organization of local shows and trade exhibitions
Event budgeting
Who You Are
Fluent in English and Italian is mandatory and another language would be a plus
At least 1-3 years of previous experience in Event Management, Organization and Planning role in structured environments
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communication, Economics, Events Management or related subjects
Passionate about the Beauty/Professional Hair Care Industry
Time management and scheduling competencies
Budget management and negotiation skills
Presentation and communication ability
Flexible, hands-on and practical mindset
Have a natural interest in global culture and lifestyle
Creativity, craftmanship and manual skills
Ability to work by project
Accustomed to working in multilanguage and multicultural teams

The indicated salary range (€29.000 - €33.000) represents the expected hiring range for this position, with consideration to the criteria indicated and requested. Actual compensation may vary depending on the experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
