H&S Training & Culture Specialist

As H&S Training & Culture Specialist you will be part of the H&S Communication and Training Department within the Corporate Staff Function.
You will work in a team which develops innovative training and communication initiatives to strengthen the company’s health and safety culture.
Tasks

• Copywriting: Creative writing to communicate health and safety in an effective, modern, high‑impact way.
• Visual Storytelling & Graphic Design: Ideation and creation of digital, social, and print awareness campaigns. Graphic restyling of presentations, training materials for workshops and events, and reports.
• Video Making: Shooting and editing videos, clips, and training pills for our internal and external channels.
• Event Management: Support in organizing H&S culture events, taking care of visual identity and experiential aspects
• Community Engagement: Support in managing the HSE trainers’ network through engaging digital content.
  

Requirements
Degree in Humanities or Communication
English level B2 required
Skills in Video Editing and Graphic Design
Technical Knowledge : Knowledge of Canva, Indesign, Premiere, Clipchamp is a plus
Soft Skills : Creativity, accuracy, attention to detail and aptitude for teamwork.

Contract Type: 6 months extracurricular internship
