The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional travel experiences by ensuring the highest standards in guides and suppliers' operations in Rome. This role is key to strengthening our presence in the field, with a strong focus on consolidation and operational efficiency. As part of the Guide/Product Delivery Coordinators Italy team, the mission is to support and elevate both guides and travelers, ensuring a seamless on-the-ground experience.  


Key Responsibilities:


Guide Coordination:  

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our team of guides. 
  • Manage guide assignments and swiftly resolve any last-minute scheduling conflicts. 
  • Identify, evaluate, and recruit high-quality guides to maintain exceptional service standards. 
  • Ensure all guides sign and comply with Terms & Conditions (T&C) agreements. 
  • Collaborate closely with the team to handle guide-related emergencies. 
  • Support the Operations Manager in optimizing guide assignment and scheduling to improve team efficiency and operational effectiveness. 

Consolidation & CRM Monitoring:  

  • Monitor self-assignment activities on our CRM system and provide reports. 
  • Ensure tours are consolidated efficiently to reduce guide underutilization and optimize resources. 

Quality Control:  

  • Provide constructive feedback to guides based on performance evaluations and traveler feedback. 
  • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure guide performance and tour quality, with occasional travel between key cities as needed. 

Product Delivery:  

  • Assist the purchasing team by booking tour services (e.g., restaurants, vehicles) when required. 
  • Manage tour schedules, bookings, and logistics efficiently through our CRM system. 
  • Ensure seamless execution of standardized procedures while proactively identifying opportunities for operational improvements. 
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on tour operations and performance metrics. 

Ground Operations Supervision:   

  • Support ground operations in case of need with physical presence


What We Are Looking For:

  • Fluent English and Italian (mandatory)
  • Weekend availability required (one day per weekend)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong focus on problem-solving
  • A collaborative attitude and a pragmatic approach
