GUEST SERVICE AGENT

Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand SPA, a 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Milan, is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join its staff.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

• Managing check-in and check-out processes;
• Assigning rooms to clients;
• Handling cash operations and administrative tasks;
• Collaborating with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Performing tasks in accordance with LQA quality standards.

The ideal candidate should possess the following characteristics:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role and context;
• Excellent English language skills; knowledge of a second language is a plus;
• Good knowledge of LQA standards;
• Strong customer orientation;
• Ability to achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives;
• Excellent knowledge of the Opera management system.

The candidate should also have precision, flexibility (including flexibility in working hours), problem-solving skills, and good interpersonal skills.
