Lindbergh Hotels is always on the lookout for talented and passionate professionals to join our team. As we continue to grow and deliver exceptional guest experiences, we are seeking dynamic Guest Relations Agent for our Excelsior Hotel SPA & Lido in Pesaro.
Position Overview:
You will play a key role in delivering exceptional and personalized guest experiences throughout every stage of the stay. You will be actively involved in daily Guest Relations operations, acting as a central point of contact for guests and internal departments.
The ideal candidate is naturally service-oriented, proactive, and passionate about luxury hospitality, with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. You will consistently apply service standards while creating meaningful and memorable interactions with both guests and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the planning, preparation, and coordination of guest stays, ensuring every detail is carefully managed
- Provide timely and accurate follow-up to guest requests and preferences
- Act as a liaison between Guest Relations and other departments, including Room Service, Food & Beverage, SPA & Wellness, Sporting Facilities, Reservations, Concierge, and Guest Services
- Promote hotel services and experiences effectively, supporting upselling and revenue objectives
- Apply and uphold Preferred Hotels & Resorts service standards , ensuring consistency and excellence in every guest interaction
- Support a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and high team morale
- Represent the Excelsior Hotel SPA & Lido brand at all times, embodying its values, mission, and vision
- Ensure guest satisfaction from pre-arrival through departure, offering continuous support and assistance
- Personalize services according to individual guest needs and expectations, accommodating special requests whenever possible
- Deliver ultra-luxury service with a refined, intuitive, and engaging approach
- Protect guest privacy and ensure the confidentiality and security of personal information
- Demonstrate flexibility and cooperation with other departments when operational needs require it
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a Guest Relations role within a hospitality or luxury hotel environment
- Strong organizational skills with a results-driven and excellence-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English and Italian
- Professional demeanor, problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction
