Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Venice for a Guest Relations Agent at San Clemente Palace Venice. The Guest Relations Agent will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience through welcoming guests, managing inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay. Daily responsibilities include handling receptionist duties, addressing guest requests, resolving concerns professionally, and collaborating with other departments to meet guests' needs.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
  • Experience in Guest Relations and creating positive guest experiences
  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and managing front desk operations
  • Experience in a luxury property or brand
  • Ability to foster Customer Satisfaction through problem-solving and responsiveness
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages, particularly Italian or other major languages, are a plus
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry or front desk operations is advantageous
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Knowledge of OPERA Cloud is a plus
