We’re looking for an exceptional Guest Experience Lead for the 2026 season, to take ownership of how our guests feel, and how our masseria estate looks and lives, every day.
This is not a front desk role . It’s a super important hospitality position for someone who can make guests feel extremely well cared for everyday.
The role
You will help the guest experience to be the best in Puglia everyday, ensuring:
- engage with clients pre-arrival
- guests feel genuinely welcomed, calm, and well looked after - everyday
- help guests with daily planning for excursions, activities and outings if they wish
- every room and space is set beautifully and intentionally
- the house, gardens, and shared spaces are always ordered, cared for, and fault-free from a guest’s perspective
- issues are noticed and resolved before guests ever see them
You’ll work closely with chefs, housekeeping, maintenance, and gardens to ensure everything flows.
Who this is for
You’re likely someone who:
- has strong hospitality instincts and emotional intelligence
- notices when something is “slightly off” and fixes it
- understands that luxury is about restraint, timing, and thoughtfulness
- enjoys hosting and takes pride in beautiful, calm environments
Italian and English fluency are ESSENTIAL.
What this role is not
- not check-in / check-out
- not transactional upselling
- not facilities management
- not reactive firefighting
This role is proactive hospitality leadership, and place making.
