Gucci Osteria by Massimo Bottura – Florence is seeking a professional with strong leadership, hands‑on operational presence in the dining room, and a deep sensitivity to the world of wine. This role requires a hands‑on manager capable of guiding the team during service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, operational precision, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the front‑of‑house team.
- Coordinate service and maintain an active presence during operations.
- Oversee and manage the wine cellar with strong expertise in stock control.
- Foster wine culture within the team through training and guidance.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance using Excel.
- Prepare reports and presentations using PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with management to uphold and further develop Gucci Osteria standards.
Ideal Profile
- Solid experience in fine dining or Michelin‑starred restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of wine and management of structured wine cellars.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and team training experience.
- Operational mindset with constant presence during service.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
