Experteer Overview

In this role you will support Gucci’s data protection and compliance program by providing legal guidance and practical risk controls. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to embed privacy and compliance into projects, contracts, and processes, including handling Data Subject Requests. You will contribute to the governance framework, DPIAs, and third‑party diligence, helping the business navigate regulatory requirements at scale. • Provide legal guidance on data protection and compliance to ensure alignment with regulations and the Compliance program.
• Support business functions in identifying privacy and compliance implications from new initiatives and technologies.
• Review and negotiate privacy/compliance‑related contractual provisions.
• Conduct and maintain DPIAs, LIAs, DTAs, and ROPA; perform compliance risk assessments (e.g., AML, Anti‑corruption, Law 231/2001).
• Analyze activities and data flows to ensure regulatory and privacy compliance and implement risk mitigation.
• Conduct third‑party due diligence and screenings; contribute to policy and governance development.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory inquiries as required.
• Coordinate and manage Data Subject Requests (DSRs) from employees, clients, third parties, and public authorities.
• Partner with Retail, Finance, HR, Procurement, Client Data, Client Service, Gucci Tech and other functions to ensure privacy and compliance across operations.
• Liaise with Kering Privacy and Compliance teams, DPOs, Local Compliance Officers and external advisors on initiatives and projects.
• Support awareness and training initiatives to strengthen privacy culture within the organization.

Responsabilità

• Master's Degree in Law; qualification as a Lawyer is a plus
• Interest and motivation to develop expertise in compliance and data protection
• Experience in privacy, data protection, compliance, or regulatory matters is a plus
• Ability to manage high operational workloads and multiple priorities
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn corporate systems and databases (e.g., internal tools, CRM platforms)
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and risk assessment capabilities
