Experteer Overview
As the Industrial People Senior Partner, you partner with senior leaders to drive the People strategy across industrial functions within Gucci. You translate business needs into HR and talent actions, shape organizational design, and support change initiatives that enable high performance, craftsmanship, and sustainable growth. You will lead end-to-end talent processes, upskill the workforce, and ensure an inclusive, data‑driven employee experience. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, enabling transformation in a fast‑paced, luxury manufacturing context.

- Act as a strategic advisor to Industrial leaders on people, organizational, and leadership matters
- Translate business strategy into effective HR and talent actions for industrial environments
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
- Ensure a positive, inclusive employee relations climate and collaborate with legal/IR where needed
- Drive implementation of end-to-end talent processes (performance, talent reviews, succession, development)
- Support leaders in managing performance issues, feedback, and development
- Assess skill gaps and future capability needs within industrial functions
- Support reskilling/upskilling aligned with innovation, transformation, and sustainability goals
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes, and tools with corporate standards
- Leverage HR data and analytics to support decision-making and monitor key people indicators
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes for efficiency and strong employee experience
Responsabilità
- Master's degree in law/economics/political science
- Proven HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner with exposure to senior stakeholders
- Significant HR leadership experience in industrial/manufacturing/operations, preferably luxury/fashion
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner with senior leadership
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices, labor law, and employee relations in an industrial context
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to navigate complexity, ambiguity, and fast‑paced environments
- Hands‑on, pragmatic, people‑oriented mindset with strategic thinking
- Fluency in English (other languages a plus)
