Key Accountabilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between Design and Technical teams for the transformation of creative ideas into patterns and prototypes for women’s handbags.
• Coordinate and oversee all phases of pattern making and prototyping, ensuring technical feasibility without compromising aesthetics.
• Facilitate communication and problem-solving between creative and technical teams.

Requirements

Functional

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven experience in pattern making and prototyping of handbags.
• Deep knowledge of leather goods manufacturing processes.
• Leadership and team development abilities.
• Fluency in both Italian and English.

Key challenges

• Acting as a bridge between Design and Technical teams.
• Translating innovative design concepts into technically feasible patterns and prototypes while maintaining aesthetic excellence.
• Managing tight development calendars while ensuring quality and precision in results for special projects.
