In a few words

We are looking for a suitable and experienced GTM Manager in Milan.

Responsibilities

  • Oriented towards user needs, combined with market/competition insights and positioning, through GTM operation, achieve commercial success of the product;
  • Starting from the lifecycle management of a single product, integrate internal resources, mobilize external resources, output the operation ideas and strategies for each stage within the lifecycle, and manage and review the market performance of the product at different stages, continuously upgrading the operation methodology;
  • From the perspective of GTM operation, based on user needs and market/competition insights, continuously provide effective suggestions for product definition, combination strategies, etc.;
  • Actively participate in the formulation of the sales plan, coordinate the planning risks at the theater level, and provide effective suggestions on the material preparation strategy and planning strategy.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Candidates with experience in product, sales, brand-related positions and extensive experience in project management will be given priority.
  • Proficient in English in terms of listening, speaking, reading and writing. Chinese language is also required for this role.
  • Possess systematic thinking, be capable of formulating overall strategies, and be good at grasping the essence of things.
  • Strong leadership and drive, with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of goals, and the ability to learn and iterate quickly.
