About the Job /GTM Manager Base:Milan, Italy
We are the exclusive authorized distributor of OPPO in Italy, are looking for an experienced GTM Manager.In this role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle process — from market insights and strategy development to launch execution and performance review. You will define 4P strategies and sales plans tailored to each product stage, coordinate cross-functional and channel resources, and maximize product performance to achieve company business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop product lifecycle–based sales strategies and define positioning, pricing, and policy frameworks; design and implement 4P strategies; participate in annual and quarterly planning and take ownership of results.
- Continuously collect and analyze market, competitor, and channel insights to identify business opportunities and optimize product and promotional strategies across different regions and sales channels.
- Design product portfolios and sell-through plans by channel and store type; collaborate with sales and operations to execute and review go-to-market initiatives, ensuring end-to-end lifecycle management.
- Consolidate cross-functional best practices and standardize them into repeatable tools and processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Align product launch plans with internal teams and external partners; support sales and marketing teams in providing product materials, training, and coordinated planning for channel execution.
Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin and Italian required for daily business communication( English is a puls).
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Economics, Management, or Engineering-related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or related industries such as consumer electronics, smartphones, or FMCG.
- Proficient in Excel with solid analytical skills; experience with reporting or BI tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized; strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to drive multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
