GTB Business Management & Execution – Senior Associate

About the role
- Support the execution and lifecycle management of Guarantees, Standby Letters of Credit, Import & Export Letters of Credit, Working Capital solutions, Factoring and Supply Chain Finance.
- Act as the main operational point of contact for clients post-closing, ensuring smooth execution, amendments and monitoring of transactions across primary and secondary markets, and participate in client meetings as required.
- Review transactional and contractual documentation and coordinate internal approvals in line with regulatory, risk and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and offshore operational teams to manage complex, cross-border and inter-branch transactions.
- Support payments, collections, portfolio monitoring and operational follow-up linked to GTB activities.
- Contribute to reporting, transaction monitoring, performance tracking and audit documentation.
- Support supplier onboarding and ongoing management for Supply Chain Finance programs.
Required Skills and experience
- Proven experience in transaction banking, trade finance and guarantees, preferably in an international environment.
- Strong client orientation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated and international context.
- Fluency in English and Italian is required; Spanish is considered a plus.
- A Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration.
