Role
We’re hiring a Growth & Ops Product Manager to help us scale more efficiently and work smarter across departments. You’ll be our internal problem-solver—someone who can look at a messy process and say: “I can automate that.”
In this role, you will:
- Build internal workflows and automations across platforms (Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, Amplitude, Slack etc.)
- Design and maintain dashboards that help teams track KPIs and make data-informed decisions
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Product teams to understand pain points and build scalable solutions
- Write and maintain basic scripts or use no-code/low-code tools to integrate systems and streamline repetitive tasks
- Dig into APIs and platform documentation to connect tools and unlock functionality
- Analyze internal data to surface insights and drive operational decisions
- Contribute to process design, documentation and continuous improvement across the company
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in a tech-enabled ops, automation, data, or product-adjacent role
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality B2B features in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable with tools like Zapier, Figma, HubSpot Workflows, Notion, Linear, June, or other product analytics tools
- Able to read and write basic code (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar) or willing to learn quickly
- Familiar with APIs and how to use them to connect systems (Postman, webhooks, basic REST principles)
- Analytical mindset—you like to break problems down and solve them with clarity and structure
- Curious and proactive—you don’t wait for tasks, you look for inefficiencies and opportunities
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
