About Holidoit

Holidoit is building the software and distribution infrastructure for tour and experience operators. We run both a fast-growing marketplace for local experiences and Holidoit Business, our B2B software that helps operators sell online and manage bookings and operations more efficiently.

We’re backed by senior partners at McKinsey, BCG, Bain and multiple CEOs and entrepreneurs in Italy. We

raised 1.5M€ in seed capital and are growing fast. Despite being an early stage startup, we are profitable and have already served tens of thousands of customers.

About the Role

In 2025, we launched Holidoit Business, our software solution for tour and experience operators. It allows

companies to sell directly on their own websites while giving them the tools to manage bookings, operations,

and their business in one place.

The product has already generated millions of euros in sales in a short period of time, and we’re now ready to

scale it further.

We’re looking for a Growth Associate to help accelerate that growth. You will work closely with one of the

founders across sales, customer growth, and strategic initiatives. You’ll speak with customers, help close and

grow accounts, identify what drives the most impact, and work with the tech team to turn customer feedback

into product improvements.

What You Will Do

  • Own and support commercial conversations with prospective and existing customers.
  • Help close new business and grow revenue from existing accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer performance through better use of the product, stronger listings, or new feature adoption.
  • Understand how our product compares within the competitive landscape to clearly convey our value proposition.
  • Analyze results and measure your impact rigorously, focusing on the highest-ROI initiatives.
  • Work closely with the tech team to solve problems and ensure customer feedback translates into product improvements.

What You Will Need

  • 1-3 years of sales/commercial experience; B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Highly autonomous, with the ability to work independently.
  • Fluency in Italian; advanced proficiency in English.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines consistently.
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate seamless software integration on customer websites.
  • Ability to build trust with customers and develop long-term relationships.

Compensation and Contract

  • Permanent or fixed-term contract.
  • Total compensation: €30.000-€60.000 (base, bonus and equity), based on performance and experience.
  • Enticing stock option plan.
  • Lunch and transportation allowance up to €300/month.
  • Beautiful offices in the heart of Milan (Corso Garibaldi) with terraces and a bar.
  • Hybrid setup with 1 day/week remote.
