Group Treasury Specialist

What you'll achieve
As a Group Treasury Specialist, you will be responsible for the governance, evolution, and performance of the Group's treasury systems, with particular reference to the Treasury Management System (TMS).
Working with a highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will be responsible for:
- End-to-end management of the TMS, including configurations, change requests, performance, and compliance with audits and internal controls.
- Identification and implementation of automation opportunities in treasury processes (e.g., reconciliations, cash visibility, payments, FX rates), supporting the standardization and global rollout of processes.
- Implementation of solutions to automate the accounting of collections, payments, and daily bank reconciliations in general.
- Management and oversight of data quality (master data, counterparties, financial instruments, accounting rules) and promotion of the use of business intelligence tools for treasury reporting.
- Performance monitoring.
- Preparation of cost-benefit analyses for innovation initiatives, feasibility assessments, and ROI evaluation.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in treasury or treasury systems
- Experience in TMS implementation or upgrade projects
- In-depth knowledge of treasury processes: payments, IHB (In-House Banking), FX, cash pooling, POBO (Payment on Behalf Of), COBO (Collection on Behalf Of), and bank connectivity
- Good understanding of accounting applied to treasury transactions and accounting processes related to collections, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Experience with ERP systems
- Knowledge of treasury technology architectures: SWIFT, XML, banking messaging, APIs
- Familiarity with RPA tools, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and digital automation
- Fluent English
