About the Company
We are looking for a motivated and curious Talent Development Specialist to join our Group HR team and support global Talent Development initiatives in an international and multicultural environment.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone at an early stage of their HR career, with a strong interest in people development and a desire to gain hands-on experience in a global context.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, coordination, and delivery of Group-level Talent Development and Learning initiatives.
- Assist with the operational management of training programs, including planning, logistics, stakeholder coordination, and tracking.
- Support the implementation and ongoing management of Talent Development processes and initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and business stakeholders across different countries and regions.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and materials related to Talent Development activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR tools, processes, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Initial professional experience (internship or 1–2 years) in HR, preferably in structured or international environments.
- Fluent English (written and spoken), with the ability to work confidently in an international context.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in learning, training, and talent management.
- Proactive, well-organized, and comfortable supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
