Your opportunity

Reporting to the Group Controlling VP, you will lead the group controlling activities in strong collaboration with all finance department and be responsible of the overall financial reporting to management and shareholders. As global controller for the support functions you will be the business partner for support function management.

Your Mission

• Manage the group reporting team.
• Contribute to the preparation of the financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders (Sidel GLT, Tetra Laval International, Board…)
• Ensure the overall coordination and supervision of the financial closing, reporting, and forecasting processes (annual Budget, quarterly Outlook, and quarterly closing) for the Sidel Group.
• Harmonize and standardize Controlling deliverables across the Group
• Participate to the Digital SAP S4Hana CO implementation
• Improve controlling current deliverables understanding internal customer needs using current Power BI reporting platform.
• Propose and implement continuous improvements of existing finance processes, report, analysis and tools to gain in efficiency and quality.
• Maintain internal rules (policies / procedures / work instruction), up to date in his/her area of responsibility.
• Own and drive the Investment process and tool
• Participate in ad hoc projects and management requests
• Finance Business partner for transversal projects

Your Profile

• Master degree or equivalent in Finance
• A Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Controlling
• Strong controlling technical skills, solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standers (IFRS) accounting principles
• Experience in Power BI
• Experience in SAP FI/CO (Finance/ Controlling) in an international and industrial group
• Advanced knowledge of controlling processes & business planning principles
• Advance practice of Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal skills, team player
• Ability to lead in a matrix organization
• Result orientation
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
