We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Group Process Optimization & Automation Specialist to support analyzing existing workflows and processes across various departments, identifying inefficiencies, and driving continuous improvement through both methodology and technology. The ideal candidate will help implement changes, fostering a culture of efficiency and innovation throughout the organization.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


1. Process Analysis & Mapping

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of current business processes across different departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain).
  • Map "As-Is" and design "To-Be" workflows using BPMN standards and clear documentation frameworks.
  • Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and pain points using data-driven insights.

2. Continuous Improvement (CI)

  • Lead transversal improvement initiatives.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key process performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of optimization efforts.
  • Facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to brainstorm solutions and root-cause analyses.

3. Process Automation & Digitalization

  • Act as a Process Automation Analyst: Identify opportunities where manual tasks can be automated using RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Low-Code platforms, or other digital solutions, including industrial processes improvements.
  • Support on translating business requirements into technical specifications for the IT/Development team OR implement low-code solutions independently (depending on complexity).
  • Support on validating automation solutions to ensure they meet business needs before deployment.

4. Change Management & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work transversally with department heads to ensure alignment between process changes and business goals.
  • Create/support on creation of documentation, procedures, and training materials for end-users.
  • Drive the adoption of new processes and tools, managing resistance to change and ensuring smooth transitions.


REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Management/Industrial), Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 proven experiences in Process Improvement, Business Analysis, or Process Automation.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment (managing projects that touch multiple departments).
  • Strong knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Automation concepts (e.g., RPA, Low-Code platforms, etc.).
  • Solid data analysis skills.
  • Ability to connect the dots between different business functions and break down silos.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, both in Italian and English.
  • Strong analytical skill and goal-oriented attitude.
  • Experience working on global, cross-functional and complex projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive attitude towards finding solutions to complex operational challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to join a multicultural and multinational group; frequent business travel across the EU and non-EU countries is an essential part of this role.


Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have)

  • Celonis Process Intelligence software
  • Experience with specific automation tools.
  • Previous experience in Manufacturing/Logistics/Services.
