Are you ready to play a key role in shaping packaging strategies across international production sites? Join our team and contribute to optimizing packaging processes, driving innovation, and supporting sustainable solutions across our operations in Vicenza and Vienna.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and take ownership of packaging management activities, contributing directly to operational excellence and continuous improvement.


WHAT YOU WILL FOCUS ON:

  • Coordinate and manage packaging activities across production sites in Vicenza and Vienna, ensuring alignment with production and supply chain needs
  • Oversee documentation management, including technical specifications, food contact compliance declarations, safety data sheets, and artworks
  • Prepare and monitor the packaging purchase budget in collaboration with Global Procurement
  • Support supplier scouting, evaluation, and performance monitoring for packaging materials
  • Manage order processes, including issuance, stock monitoring, warehouse coordination, and delivery scheduling
  • Drive research and validation of innovative and sustainable packaging materials (e.g., recyclable, compostable solutions)
  • Stay updated on packaging-related regulations and ensure compliance across all materials
  • Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) and communicate material changes to relevant departments
  • Handle supplier non-conformities, including tracking, escalation, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure packaging availability aligns with operational planning


WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in packaging, production, or supply chain environments
  • Solid knowledge of SAP (mandatory); experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
  • Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong analytical, planning, and forecasting skills
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); German is a plus
