Job OverviewGroup Legal Senior Specialist (Italian: Group Legal Senior Specialist) presso Dedalus.ResponsibilitiesContract management with full autonomy in the areas of supply chain, distribution and commercial partnerships.End‑to‑end management of complex contracts with strategic suppliers and commercial partners.Active support to the business in defining, negotiating and implementing strategic commercial agreements.Continuous interface with internal stakeholders to align legal requirements with business objectives.Support for extraordinary operations and specialised legal activities in coordination with the General Counsel.M&A and post‑closing support – review of documentation, drafting of ancillary agreements (TSA, licence agreements, side letters, addenda) and coordination with external law firms.Pre‑litigation support – document analysis, drafting of notice of claim and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.AI & Legal Innovation – internal point of reference for AI topics, assessment of contractual and regulatory impacts, definition and review of dedicated clauses and coordination with external legal consultants.QualificationsMaster’s degree in Law.Several years of experience in corporate legal, in‑house or structured law‑firm roles.Proven experience in the autonomous management of complex commercial contracts.Solid knowledge of contract regimes in supply chain, distribution, procurement, strategic services and commercial partnerships.Excellent drafting, review and negotiate skills in Italian and English.Experience in M&A, post‑closing, document management and pre‑litigation activities.Availability for a fixed‑term contract.Effective communication with business, management, internal stakeholders and external law firms.Pragmatic, solution‑oriented and business‑oriented risk‑evaluation mindset.Excellent command of English, written and spoken.Compensation and ContractAnnual gross salary minimum: €53,503, level A1 of CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria.
