Your role

• Ensure the operational stability and governance of the IT Asset Management platform, supporting accurate and reliable asset data management.
• Act as the key point of coordination between the IT Asset Management team and the ServiceNow platform team for platform configuration, governance, and enhancements.
• Oversee the administration and evolution of ServiceNow ITAM modules and CMDB structures to support IT asset lifecycle processes.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and completeness across asset records and related data structures.
• Manage and monitor integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems to maintain aligned and synchronized asset data.
• Support the development of reporting, dashboards, and performance indicators to enable transparency and informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with ITSM teams and other technology stakeholders to ensure alignment between processes, platforms, and data models.
• Contribute to platform improvements, data governance initiatives, and the continuous optimization of ITAM capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow platform administration, IT Asset Management tools, or comparable enterprise platform environments.
• Strong familiarity with ServiceNow ITAM modules (HAM Pro, SAM Pro) and CMDB architecture and table management.
• Experience managing data integrations and synchronization across enterprise systems.
• Working knowledge of IT service management processes and governance frameworks such as ITIL or ISO standards.
• Strong analytical thinking and technical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Nice to Have: ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Implementation Specialist.

• Where: The position is based in Milan , with occasional business travel and the possibility of an exciting relocation opportunity to Luxembourg . ✈️
