Group IT Security Specialist

At Fedrigoni, we are looking for a Cyber Security leader to drive and coordinate advanced cybersecurity initiatives across the Group.

Responsibilities

• Support the IT Security Manager in developing an effective Cyber Security program.
• Drive high‑priority Cyber Security (IT and OT) projects to successful delivery, ensuring coordination with the IT team, other functional areas, and suppliers.
• Design and implement secure architectures and controls for on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Assess the security of systems, applications and third parties to identify potential risks.
• Create and deliver security reports to management with key performance indicators and key risk indicators.
• Collaborate with IT and Business teams to embed security by design in new projects.
• Effectively communicate security risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of security awareness and responsibility across the organization.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in Cyber Security, preferably in international environments or consulting.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with security‑by‑design methodologies, security architectures and cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Experience with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST SP 800‑53, ISO27001, ISO22301 and risk management.
• Familiarity with security tools and technologies: NGFW, IDS/IPS, WAF, Web Content Filters, Anti‑SPAM, AV/XDR, SIEM.
• Enthusiasm for staying current with the latest Cyber Security trends and best practices.
• Relevant professional certifications (ISO27001, ISO22301, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
