We are seeking for a Group HSE Manager for a multinational company operating in the defense, automotive, and aerospace sectors, known for its high quality and regulatory standards, we are seeking a Group HSE Manager reporting directly to top management.
This role will have a strategic impact on the governance of HSE systems, ensuring full regulatory compliance and supporting continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental processes within a complex industrial environment, including ESG perspectives, both in Italy and across the Group’s plants.
As part of the assignment, the position includes covering the role of RSPP in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full management of the company’s HSE Management System
- Supervision and updating of the Risk Assessment Document (DVR) and specific risk analyses
- Coordination of prevention and protection activities and support to the Employer (Datore di Lavoro)
- Maintenance and improvement of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems; implementation of ISO 50001:2018 certification
- Management and execution of internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory authority checks
- Analysis of near misses, accidents, and non-conformities, defining corrective and preventive actions
- Definition and monitoring of HSE KPIs and reporting to management
- Design and delivery of HSE training programs
- Interface with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders on HSE matters, including sensitive projects
- Development and implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and manuals to meet legal standards
Requirements:
- Technical degree (Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Management Engineering, or related fields)
- Solid experience in HSE roles within structured industrial environments
- In-depth knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/08, Legislative Decree 231/01, environmental regulations, and HSE best practices
- Proven experience with certified Management Systems (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001)
- Ability to work within complex processes and highly regulated environments
- Strong autonomy, technical leadership, and ability to influence the organization
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Previous experience as RSPP is considered a plus,not mandatory
