Italian Luxury Brand is looking for a Group Head of Change and HRIS who will be responsible for driving the Group’s change initiatives across HR and business transformation programs.

The role blends change management expertise with strong HRIS and digital platform knowledge, ensuring successful adoption of processes and technologies across global functions and business units. Acting as a bridge between business, HR, and IT, this role enables value creation from complex initiatives (e.g. global payroll harmonization, shared services, ERP, digital workplace, AI solutions).

Key Responsibilities

Change Leadership (Business & HR Transformations)

  • Lead Group-wide change strategy aligned with business priorities.
  • Deploy structured methodologies tailored to geographies and stakeholders.
  • Drive adoption of enterprise platforms through communication, engagement, and training.
  • Define KPIs and track adoption metrics to ensure business impact.

HRIS & Digital Enablement

  • Define and oversee the Group HRIS roadmap, ensuring integration with enterprise platforms.
  • Lead payroll harmonization and shared services transformation.
  • Partner with IT and vendors to implement secure, user-friendly digital HR solutions.

Governance & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Set up governance frameworks ensuring accountability, risk management, and reporting.
  • Act as trusted advisor on change and adoption strategies, balancing global and local needs.
  • Align HR, IT, Finance, and Business Units through stakeholder management.
  • Design communication and training strategies to accelerate adoption.

Profile & Requirements

Education & Background

  • Master’s degree in Business, HR, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10–12 years of experience in Change Management and HR/Business Transformation in global, matrix, and tech-enabled contexts.
  • Experience in luxury, consumer goods, or premium sectors is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in change management for large-scale transformations.
  • Proven track record in HRIS, payroll, shared services, and digital enablement.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise platforms and impact on people/processes.
  • Strong program management skills across multi-country projects.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven solutions is a distinctive plus.
