Purpose And Main Priorities Of The Role

  • Take an active role in coordinating the monthly and quarterly Group consolidation process in Tagetik, progressively assuming responsibility for selected consolidation areas;
  • Act as a technical reference point for Finance Managers across Italian and international subsidiaries on IFRS reporting and consolidation matters;
  • Perform detailed analytical review of reporting packages, identifying accounting issues and ensuring consistency with Group policies;
  • Contribute directly to the preparation of the quarterly IFRS consolidated financial statements, including notes and disclosures;
  • Support the preparation of management reporting and selected analyses for top management;
  • Contribute to the preparation of materials for the Investor Relations team, supporting analysis and responses to investors’ questions and quarterly earnings calls;
  • Participate in first-time consolidation and post-acquisition integration activities;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of consolidation processes, controls and systems.
The Attitude And The Skills We Are Looking For
  • High-potential finance professional with strong technical foundations and ambition to grow in a demanding and fast-paced environment;
  • 3-5 years of experience, ideally as a Senior Assistant / Experienced Assistant from an Audit firm, or with 1–2 years in audit followed by 1–2 years in consolidation, FP&A, or controlling;
  • Good knowledge of IFRS principles;
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team and interact with other departments;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Experience with consolidation tools (Tagetik is a plus);
  • Fluent English and Italian (mandatory).
