About Our Client

Our client is a producer of high-quality plastic products with multiple plants, focused on innovation, sustainability, and operational efficiency.

Job Description

  • Lead and supervise all operational activities of the Group's production plants, ensuring the achievement of efficiency, quality, productivity, and safety objectives.
  • Ensure integration and alignment of production processes across the various plants (PVC, PET, recycling), promoting synergies, standardization, and sharing practices.
  • Actively collaborate with Management to implement the Group's industrial strategy, ensuring effective execution of investment plans, plant upgrades, and technological development.
  • Continuously monitor industrial KPIs (OEE, costs, lead times, waste, energy consumption, etc.) and promote continuous improvement and lean manufacturing projects.
  • Actively support R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain functions to ensure alignment between product development, production capacity, and market needs.
  • Manage and develop the operations team (~200 people), ensuring an organizational structure aligned with the Group's growth and professionalization needs.
  • Promote the transition towards an industrial model focused on sustainability, circular economy, and environmental impact reduction, in line with company policies.
  • Oversee safety and regulatory compliance activities (health and safety, environment, certifications).
  • Maintain effective and continuous communication with Ownership and key company stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant


  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Management) or related field; a Master's in Operations/Industrial Management will be considered a plus.

  • Proven experience in operational leadership roles within B2B industrial contexts, preferably in plastics, paper converting, technical films, or related sectors.

  • Demonstrated track record in multi-plant management and coordinating large, complex teams.

  • Continuous improvement mindset, with focus on process digitalization and industrial efficiency.

  • Strong industrial vision, capable of leading complex projects, including organizational change initiatives.

  • Authoritative leadership, collaborative spirit, and ability to engage effectively with all company functions.

  • Fluent English; knowledge of a second language will be considered an advantage.
