Group Chief Financial Officer
The candidate will play a key role in defining and implementing the Group's economic and financial strategies in a complex, modernly organized industrial environment with a strong international presence.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the economic development and protection of corporate assets by developing budget policies, planning strategies, control, and credit management.
- Coordinate the Administration, Finance, and Control functions at Group level, ensuring the preparation of financial statements (statutory and consolidated), budget management, strategic and operational planning, and support for extraordinary M&A projects.
- Define and implement the Group's financial planning, constantly monitoring economic stability and key financial risks.
- Supervise treasury activities and debt/equity structure management, optimizing relationships with financial stakeholders and credit institutions, ensuring efficient flows and timely reporting.
- Actively participate in corporate strategic committees and promote integration between the Finance, Treasury, and Control areas.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (+20 years) in the Finance function, including at least 10 years acting as CFO, preferably in the Food, FMCG, Large-Scale Retail, or FMCG consumer goods sectors with a high marketing and brand component.
- Current or previous experience in listed companies.
- Degree in economics.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Leadership, strategic vision, and execution skills.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proactivity, problem‑solving, and a results‑oriented approach.
- Ability to work in complex environments and under pressure.
- Reliability, ethical rigor, and a practical approach.
