We are looking for a Group Business Process Analyst to join our newly established HQ function, C.O.D.E. (Center for Operational and Digital Excellence), a strategic team driving the transformation of our core business processes across the Group.


In this role, you will contribute to redesigning and optimizing processes both at HQ and across our international subsidiaries, leveraging innovative solutions and emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-impact initiative from the very beginning, working closely with Top Management and actively shaping how we operate as an organization. You will collaborate across Finance, HR, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT, gaining broad exposure and visibility at Group level while contributing to meaningful, organization-wide transformation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Map and analyse current (AS-IS) business processes across functions and contribute to the design of optimised (TO-BE) workflows;
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities through data-driven insights and structured stakeholder engagement;
  • Contribute to, and progressively lead, cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives, monitoring impact through defined process KPIs;
  • Support the implementation of digital and automation solutions (e.g., RPA, low-code platforms, workflow tools), working closely with IT to ensure effective delivery;
  • Develop and maintain clear process documentation, contribute to the definition and update of Group procedures, and support the creation of training materials for new or revised processes;
  • Provide support on project management activities related to transformation and process improvement initiatives;
  • Facilitate the adoption of new processes and ways of working across the Group, ensuring alignment and engagement at all levels. xdwybme


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Engineering (preferably Management or Industrial Engineering), Business Administration, or Economics;
  • 2–3 years of experience in business analysis or process improvement; experience in consulting is a plus;
  • Fluent English (C1 or above), both written and spoken, with daily use in an international environment;
  • Availability to travel internationally (approximately 25–30%);
  • Strong analytical mindset and structured approach, demonstrated through academic or professional experience;
  • High level of curiosity and attention to detail, with a proactive attitude in challenging the status quo and delivering results;
  • Strong motivation to grow in a fast-paced, international environment, with high potential for development;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels.


NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Familiarity with BPMN tools and Lean / Six Sigma methodologies;
  • Exposure to digitalization and automation tools (e.g., RPA, Power Automate, Celonis, low-code platforms);
  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or service environments within multinational organizations;
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC.
