International manufacturing group is seeking a Group Administration Director to support a key phase of organisational evolution. Reporting to the Group CFO, the role strengthens governance, efficiency, and consistency across Group administrative and accounting functions.

Main Responsibilities

Accountable for Group-wide consolidation, reporting, statutory, accounting, and tax activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and reliability of financial information.

To provide functional leadership to international administrative teams within a decentralised structure, managing complexity and organisational change.

To drive process optimisation and digital transformation initiatives, including ERP harmonisation, standardisation, and cost efficiency.

To act as a cross‑functional partner to Finance, Controlling, Tax, HR, Legal, and IT on strategic initiatives such as restructuring, integrations, and M&A.

Requirements

Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance frameworks.

10-15 years’ experience in senior administrative or finance leadership roles in large manufacturing group or complex corporate structures.

Experience with multi‑entity ERP systems and digital tools supporting administrative and financial processes.

Full professional proficiency in English.
