What you will do:

1. Manage and monitor TERNA connection processes.
2. Conduct technical due diligence and risk assessments on grid connection schemes and offers received from TSO.
3. Evaluate and assess grid connection options considering technical, financial, and regulatory factors.
4. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and team members to ensure seamless integration of grid connection activities within project timelines.
5. Monitor and report on grid connection progress, providing updates to stakeholders.
6. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective grid connections.
7. Stay informed of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
8. Support the development and maintenance of internal processes and documentation related to grid connections.
9. Represent the company before TSO, DSO, sector organizations, Public Administration, and elected officials to defend strategic interests.

What we are looking for:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in grid connection management for renewable energy projects.
3. Languages: Italian and fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
4. Availability to travel up to 25%.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Teamwork skills.
