Job Responsibilities
- Provide customers with product solutions according to their technical requirements, combining existing products and supporting products.
- Provide on-site/remote product repair and upgrade services for customers, and regularly provide customers with corresponding product and technical training.
- Accompany sales staff to visit customers, answer technical questions raised by customers, and provide technical solutions.
- Be responsible for repairing products and upgrading products to be shipped according to requirements.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for those from science, engineering, or English - related majors.
- Fluent in English, with a preference for those familiar with the energy storage and lithium - battery industries.
- Have experience in the ToB field related to products, and be familiar with pre - sales solution design, product design, and post - sales product problem - solving workflows.
