Graphic Designer / Art Worker

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Graphic Designer/Art Worker to join our marketing team reporting to the Marketing Manager. The core aspect of this role is the implementation of design and concepts. Attention to detail, typographic sensibility, consistency and ability to organize workflow with marketing team and external agencies are essential. Fluency in English, good understanding of production and ability to interact effectively with technical suppliers are also required.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Brand Management

• Finalize graphic executions and approved concepts for advertising campaigns, packaging, and promotional materials under manager supervision
• Implement brand visual identity consistency across all communication channels according to established guidelines

Packaging Artwork & Production

• Execute packaging artwork following strict design direction and templates
• Manage relationships with suppliers and printers for material production following approved specifications

Digital Communication

• Develop materials for e-commerce and online marketplaces following brand guidelines and strategic directions
• Execute newsletters, banners, and digital advertising materials according to provided concepts and templates

Trade Materials and POP

• Execute materials for trade shows, events, and point-of-sale activations following creative direction
• Finalize and/or update artwork for product catalogs, brochures, and commercial materials based on approved concepts
• Execute design for displays and exhibition stands following creative direction

Agency Collaboration

• Work as the internal creative executor with external agencies and creative partners
• Implement creative directions and strategic guidelines from external Creative Directors

Requirements

• Degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related disciplines
• Fluency in English
• 3-5 years of experience absolute minimum (if other requirements are met) in similar execution-focused roles
• Experience in FMCG/food sector a plus, but not critical
• Design firm or in-house design team background highly valued for understanding of creative processes, execution standards, and client-agency dynamics
• Portfolio demonstrating execution skills, advanced typographic sensibility, technical proficiency, and attention to detail
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of 3D modeling software (Cinema 4D, Blender) will be considered a plus
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (to track and prioritize internal workflow)
• Strong execution capabilities and ability to translate creative concepts into final deliverables
• Ability to work on multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow creative direction and implement concepts accurately
• Proactive attitude in execution and problem-solving
• Passion for the food sector and sensitivity to sustainability themes
