Senior Planner – Pharmaceutical Construction

We are supporting a leading engineering consultancy on a major pharmaceutical construction project in Milan. We are looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join the project team and take ownership of the integrated programme across a complex pharmaceutical facility. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high‑profile life sciences project from construction through to commissioning and handover.

• Develop, maintain and update integrated Primavera P6 schedules.
• Monitor construction progress and provide accurate programme updates.
• Coordinate planning activities across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams.
• Produce look‑ahead schedules, critical path analysis and progress reports.
• Identify schedule risks and implement recovery plans where required.
• Attend planning and coordination meetings with project stakeholders.
• Support change management, delay analysis and schedule impact assessments.
• Assist with commissioning planning and project handover.

• Proven experience as a Senior Planner on pharmaceutical construction projects is essential.
• Advanced Primavera P6 experience.
• Strong understanding of EPC/EPCM project environments.
• Experience managing complex, multi‑disciplinary construction programmes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (Italian is advantageous).
