Are you looking to kick‑start your sales career? We are currently looking for a Graduate Paired Inside Sales to join our Service Sales team in our Cernusco sul Naviglio office in Italy. You will support the whole Italian Service Sales Team, mainly managing public tenders and participating in sales‑related activities: promoting and selling service contracts, verifying customer installed bases, project data‑cleanup, prospecting upselling opportunities, and more. You will contribute to the achievement of our Country Service Sales Target by working with Sales Management and Sales Specialists.

This entry‑level position is an excellent place to start a sales career, learning from experienced Account Managers and Sales Agents. You will collaborate closely with the local Field Service organization, the Instrument Sales Teams and other members of the Service Sales team. The role is a hybrid position: 3 days a week from our Cernusco sul Naviglio office and 2 days from home (optional). Occasionally you will visit customers onsite with Senior Account Managers to gain consultative sales experience in preparation for a future field‑sales role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a scientific field
  • Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical, biopharma or chemical analysis laboratory environment is an asset
  • Some sales experience is a plus, typically inside sales, but not required
  • Mother‑tongue Italian; B2/C1 level in English required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Office, especially Excel; experience with AI tools (Copilot) is a nice to have

Additional Details

This job has a full‑time weekly schedule and includes the option to work remotely.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Pay is determined by work location and factors such as job‑related skills, experience and education. Recruiters can share specific pay range for preferred locations.
