WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Core activities . You will help organizations strengthen how they govern and protect their IT environments — from internal controls to cybersecurity and data protection practices. As part of our Governance & Compliance team, you will work across different companies and industries, supporting compliance and security initiatives in real operational contexts. Depending on your background, interests and project needs, you will contribute to one or more of the following areas: Assessing IT SOX and IT General Controls (ITGCs) to ensure reliability of IT processes and systems;
  Supporting cybersecurity and IT compliance initiatives across different technology environments;
  Reviewing and validating IT security and privacy contractual clauses, including supplier requirements and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs). You will collaborate with IT, Security, Legal and Procurement stakeholders, support audits and compliance programs, and help translate regulatory and security requirements into practical controls and documentation.
• Technologies. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies and frameworks in the field of IT governance, cybersecurity and compliance, including IT General Controls (ITGCs), SOX frameworks, information security governance practices, third-party security requirements and privacy/data protection principles (e.G., GDPR, DPA reviews). This role will enhance your expertise in IT governance, information security and compliance frameworks, with opportunities to pursue relevant certifications in cybersecurity and compliance.
• Team work . You will work in a collaborative and multidisciplinary team environment across cybersecurity and compliance projects, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing. The team values curiosity and continuous learning, providing opportunities for professional development and progressive responsibility across different governance and compliance topics.

WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE…

• Academic background . Master Degree in Management Engineering, Cybersecurity, Economics or similar.
• Valuable expertise Willingness to Learn: Motivated to develop skills across IT controls, cybersecurity and data protection, understanding how governance and compliance requirements translate into processes, controls and documentation. Proficient in Italian and English: Strong communication skills in both languages, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Nice to have . Knowledge of Cyber Security Principles: Understanding of core cybersecurity, IT governance or data protection concepts relevant to compliance and control activities. Familiarity with IT Security Practices: Basic knowledge of IT controls, security measures or compliance topics (e.G., SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR, ITGCs).
• Soft skills . Strong collaboration and communication skills within multidisciplinary teams, with attention to detail and analytical mindset.
