What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of business clients and agency partners across EMEA
  • Provide consultative digital marketing strategies to improve performance and ROI
  • Identify upselling opportunities and drive revenue growth

  • Handle a high volume of accounts while maintaining strong service quality
  • Build long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction & retention
  • Engage clients via phone, email, and video to deliver tailored advertising solutions
  • Work towards sales targets and KPIs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2+ years experience in sales, account management, or online advertising
  • Strong interest or experience in Google Ads / digital marketing / AdTech
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills

  • Native-level proficiency in German, Danish, Dutch, or Finnish

  • English (B2+)

  • Customer-focused, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
