Responsibilities

• Define and implement agronomic strategies and long-term maintenance plans for the course.
• Prevent and address turf diseases while managing advanced fertilization practices.
• Manage and oversee the budget allocated to technical and landscape maintenance, as well as course development.
• Continuously monitor meteorological and microclimatic data to promptly adjust operational strategies.
• Ensure the course meets the highest standards of compliance and quality for top-level competitions, providing clear guidance to the technical coordination team.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as a Golf Course Superintendent or in a senior agronomic management role within international environments.
• Deep technical expertise in agronomy, plant pathology, and sports turfgrass science.
• Strong managerial skills for strategic resource planning and the administration of complex budgets.
• Excellent leadership abilities to provide clear direction to the technical supervisory team.
• Analytical mindset, methodological rigor, and a strong orientation toward maintaining standards of excellence.

Working Hours

• Full-time.
