About the Role

Join Lexroom as Go To Market Director overseeing international expansion into Spain, Germany, and a new country every quarter.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the international GTM playbook, translating the Italian model into a scalable framework.
  • Lead Country Launchers across all active markets, providing strategic direction and accountability.
  • Drive end-to-end market launches, from research and positioning to pipeline generation and early traction.
  • Build the processes and tools that make each new country launch faster than the last.
  • Define and track KPIs for international expansion, iterating rapidly on data.
  • Identify strategic local partners – law firms, bar associations, distributors – to accelerate market entry.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between HQ and the field, feeding local learnings back into the global playbook.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years in Go To Market roles or GTM expansion, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record launching or scaling operations in new markets.
  • Ability to build structured processes in ambiguous, fast‑moving situations.
  • Experience managing distributed, cross‑functional teams.
  • Data‑driven: you define success clearly, measure it rigorously, and iterate fast.
  • Legal‑tech or AI SaaS background is a strong plus.
  • Full proficiency in English. Spanish, German, or Italian is a significant advantage.

Annual Salary Range: €90,000 – €150,000 OTE. Equity Package: Equity to align your growth with the company’s long‑term success.
