Global Trade Marketing Manager



For a Leading Company in the professional beauty industry, with a portfolio of high-quality brands, we are looking for a Global Trade Marketing Manager .


The Global Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the global trade marketing strategy across the professional channel.

The goal is to increase brand visibility, support the international sales force and drive sell-out through professional partners.


Main Activities:


  • Develop and design go to market strategy and trade marketing plans tailored to the professional beauty channel.
  • Support commercial subsidiaries and distributors in customizing and executing at the local level.
  • Design and implement Sales Performance Management Models.
  • Work on customer segmentation and defines the criteria for clustering.
  • Create and manage promotional tools, POS materials, in-salon communication assets and product launch kits.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to build customized trade activations for key accounts, distributors and wholesalers.
  • Lead the execution of seasonal campaigns and new product introductions across the trade.
  • Track and analyze the performance of trade activities: sell-out data, ROI, rotation, customer engagement.
  • Manage the trade marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Oversee relationships with external suppliers for the production of materials and implementation of activities.


Requirements


  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
  • 6+ years of experience in a similar role within the beauty, cosmetics, haircare or FMCG industry — ideally in the professional (B2B) channela and preferably in international contexts.
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company.
  • Solid experience in governance of sales processes, design and implementation of sales performance management models, customer segmentation, development of commercial toolkits and distributor management, preferably in international Contexts
  • Strong understanding of the dynamics of the professional beauty market and its stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Education teams.
  • Strategic thinking, hands-on mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
