Global Technical Sales Support Specialist

We are looking for a Global Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our Corporate Specification & Technical Department.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting pre-sales technical activities, ensuring accurate interpretation of customer requirements and delivering competitive, high-quality technical and commercial proposals.

You will collaborate closely with our international Technical Sales Support and Sales teams, transforming complex project needs into reliable, value-driven technical solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

• Analyze technical specifications, tender documents, and project documentation from designers, EPCs, OEMs, and end customers
• Prepare detailed technical quotations, including configurations, bills of materials, technical notes, and feasibility assessments
• Select the most suitable products and solutions from our portfolio, ensuring compliance with performance requirements, standards, and applications
• Collaborate with international subsidiaries and Business Units to define solutions aligned with application needs and industry standards
• Provide timely and solution-oriented technical responses to the commercial network
• Contribute to the development of improved quotation methodologies and optimization of internal technical workflows
• Travel internationally for short business trips (1–2 days) for technical site visits and training events

Technical Requirements

• Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Solid knowledge of electrical systems and products (power distribution, protection, control, automation, switchboards, wiring systems)
• Advanced ability to read electrical schematics, technical drawings, and project documentation
• Familiarity with national and international electrical standards (e.G., IEC/EN)
• Strong IT skills (MS Office – especially Excel, ERP systems, configurators)
• Good command of English;
  additional languages (Spanish, French, German) are a plus

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in technical roles such as quotation, technical office, pre-sales, technical sales support, or product support
• Experience in electrical design or industrial technology sectors is highly valued
