Join Savino Del Bene’s Global Talent Program Sales Edition 2026 , a graduate program designed for high-potential young professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international corporate environment.
The program offers a unique opportunity to explore the world of international freight forwarding through a 12-month structured work and training experience .
Participants will rotate across the company’s key business areas, gaining exposure to both technical-operational and commercial activities, supported by dedicated training and on-the-job mentoring.
At the end of the program, successful candidates will be assigned to one of Savino Del Bene’s international offices , where they will start their commercial career path within the company.
Requirements
- Degree in socio-economic or linguistic fields with excellent academic results. Studies in logistics are a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English ; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate nationally and internationally.
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills.
- Commercial mindset and customer-oriented approach.
- Initiative, decision-making ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Excellent communication and leadership potential.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
